I would like to ask a support question. If I can’t create a topic how do I ask.
My issue is I downloaded the LibreCAD-v2.2.1.5-arm64.dmg from Github May 2nd. Sha 265 sha256:0c6ce2e25a027ff3e921b74101d1c4e167687d2386fe0798f2f4c37d12deb436 is confirmed on my downloaded file. Is there some work around to this issue or is the file truly corrupt. I tried this on a Tahoe Machine and new MACOS 27 Preview addition.
First check whether your account needs a certain permission, verification, or minimum activity before posting in that section. For the DMG issue itself, since the SHA-256 checksum matches the value published for the download, the file doesn’t appear to have been altered during the download. You could try opening the DMG with another archive/disk utility or redownloading it from the official release page to compare the checksum again.
If the same issue occurs, it may be worth posting the exact Preview error message and your macOS version so someone familiar with the current release can narrow it down.
First post here… need some help with installing LibreCAD on a Mac computer (intel core i5 processor with Sequoia 15.7.7 OS). According to chatGPT I have to download the LibreCAD-v2.2.1.5-…x86_64…dmg file. But I can only find the LibreCAD-v2.2.1.5-x86_64.AppImage file on Github. Again according to chatGPT I should not use this file…
Please help, which file do I have to choose to install LibreCAD on my Mac?
Thanks!
