When someone reports a bug that has been annoying me (that I hadn’t had time yet to do even the minimum controlled testing before writing a bug report myself), is there an appropriate “me too” to add?

I used just a thumbs up so far when that happened.

Any kind is welcome.
I think it depends on how much you want to escalate or support an issue.

Thumb up is okay if everything is said in the report.
If you want to keep track of the issue reply with a simple _me too_, that should subscribe you to the issue, so you get informed about future communication on this issue.
Or reply with your own experience, if it diverges from the initial report.

Of course you can mix them, thumb up to value the reporters efforts and reply in any kind.
